Acoustical Flex Connectors
An Acoustical Flex Connector serves a dual purpose: It keeps vibrations created by the fan from being transmitted to the system, and it works to contain the sound created by the fan within the system. To accomplish this, BAM engineers sandwiched a layer of sound-absorbent material into a two-ply sleeve of Teflon-coated fiberglass.
